We are looking for a passionate baker with a love for pizza and perfecting the art of neapolitan style pizza to join our team.
Salary: $19.50/hr
Tip Income: Yes

Schedule: Part-Time (20-32 hours per week)

Duties

KEY ROLE: Mixing, kneading, proofing and managing pizza dough

Designing and improving recipes.

Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make pizza dough
-
Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.

Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.

Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements​

Current food worker card or other certification as required by federal/state/local law

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Strong knowledge of a variety of baking techniques

Previous experience in a pizza restaurant or similar environment preferred

This is not a customer service position, however, it does require someone who works well as part of a team as well as independently.
