We are looking for a passionate baker with a love for pizza and perfecting the art of neapolitan style pizza to join our team.

Salary:  $19.50/hr

Tip Income:  Yes 

Discounts:  Food, beer, and merchandise

Schedule:  Part-Time (20-32 hours per week)

Start Date:  Aug 1, 2023


  • KEY ROLE: Mixing, kneading, proofing and managing pizza dough

  • Designing and improving recipes.

  • Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make pizza dough

  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.

  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.

  • Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements​

  • Current food worker card or other certification as required by federal/state/local law

  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

  • Strong knowledge of a variety of baking techniques

  • Previous experience in a pizza restaurant or similar environment preferred

  • This is not a customer service position, however, it does require someone who works well as part of a team as well as independently.
