Beertender
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic beertender who knows how to properly pour a beer and can provide guests with a top-notch craft brewery experience. Candidates will have extensive beer and wine knowledge and make sure our guests feel valued, educated, and well taken care of. Previous beertending or experience in a similar position is required.
Salary: $19.13/hr + tips
Tip Income: Yes
Discounts: Food, beer, and merchandise
Schedule: Part-Time (15+ hours per week). Evenings and weekends are a must.

Duties

Provide high quality service to customers - be nice!

Performs opening/closing responsibilities

Adhere to all local and national liquor laws

Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders

Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures

Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team

Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks. Run food orders as necessary

Evaluate customer's needs and make recommendations

Educate customers on the Larrabee way and what makes us special/different.

Work closely with barbacks to restock and replenish bar inventory

Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements​

Current beverage service certification or other certification as required by federal/state/local law

Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software

Must be 21 years of age

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Strong knowledge of beer and wine

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in a bar or similar environment required
